- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Extension to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to any website
- Spam or abuse directory submission websites
- Violate the terms of service of any third-party website
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair any website
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
5. AI-Generated Content
The Extension uses artificial intelligence to generate form responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before submission
- We are not liable for any consequences resulting from AI-generated content
- AI features require an active internet connection and authenticated account

The Extension, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Auto Directory Submission and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Extension, including company profiles and images.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTO DIRECTORY SUBMISSION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damage to reputation
- Cost of substitute services
- Any damages resulting from your use of the Extension
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Directory Submission and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
